Andy Llanes Bultó (b. 1987, Havana, Cuba) is a visual artist based in Louisville, Ky United States.

He studied at the Academy of Art Eduardo Abela and later graduated from the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA) in Havana. His work is held in significant collections, including the 21c Museum and the Brown Family Collection, and has been exhibited internationally at venues such as Ron Mandos Gallery and the Woerden Museum (Netherlands), the SeMA Museum (South Korea), Art Verona (Italy), and ArteMadrid (Spain).
